Only months away from the 2010 Olympics Games. I am trying to put myself in the Shoes of the High Calibre Olympic Althetes that are representing their own Countries. This will be a time where we are on Display for the whole World to see . All eyes will be watching and wondering about this fabulous community , as well as spending time in our backyards . I am not sure many people have experienced such an event , but one can imagine the highest levels of standards that will be expected on every aspect and corner of every surrounding community. Vancouver boasts incredible Olympic venues built to highest LEAD and green standards , An architecally renowned Fairmont Conference Centre, and fantasitic Athletes Village. Whistler , while used to this kind of noterity also boasts second to none Cross Country and Ski Jumping Facilties , 5 star hotels and ;Resteraunts featured on major reality Shows , Araxi RIM ROCK to name a few . And Squamish of course ..... I cannot wait to boast what the world does not know about the corridor which is SQUAMISH. I cannot wait to be there to represent show off;our incredible community that is so individual yet diverse , revel in the magnificent Highway that spans to Fabulous Centres Whistler and Vancouver  together to this amazing community . Let the world know we are here and Open for Busniess !So every morning when I plant my feet on the ground I will try to put myself in the athletes feet those 3 weeks and say to myself ON YOUR MARK GET SET..... SELL

Many people are still unaware where Squamish is located . In fact I remember driving through Squamish when I lived In Whistler passing it by, when finally moving here 7 years ago I was amazed and slightly emarbassed that I did not realize Squamish has a Waterfront!! Basically this community sits right between Vancouver BC and Whistler, this incredible positioning between 2 World renowned communities has many homeowners from the lower mainland and iinternational investors opening their eyes to this not so new community, although squamish has a wonderful History and many vibrant locals , there are alot of areas here still undiscovered which is making this a mecca for new investors and homewoners.
